Why try out for City Beach?
- Values. We are committed to a positive coaching environment while performing at the highest level.
- Instruction. Our coaches are trained to use the same system throughout all teams. Each coach has attended a Gold Medal Squared clinic, and it is our goal to retain players familiar with these techniques. Coaches are focused on teaching and training, in addition to pushing to win, and every player receives excellent instruction.
- Management. Our staff works together to improve. There are managers that help oversee all teams, to ensure that every player is receiving the best we can offer. All players must have a plan to improve.
- Facility. We are one of the few clubs in Northern California to have its own courts. We have a workout area (parents use this to work out during practice) and a consistent practice site and schedule.
- Success. City Beach has a history of success at Junior Olympics. Each year we qualify many teams for Junior Olympics, and we have teams that perform very well at Festival.
- College. Players that are serious about volleyball find that playing for City Beach is an excellent way to be seen by colleges. We have a Recruiting Coordinator to help players plan for the college recruiting process.
- Trainer. We have a strength coach and licensed athletic trainer to help with workout plans as well as to attend to injuries.
